Millcreek HCBS takes pride in the excellence of its leadership.  All Program Directors have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree with the majority of directors possessing a master’s degree in a human services related field.  Combined our directors have over 134 years experience in human services related fields with an average of 15 years each.  Even after completing their college degrees, our directors continue to participate in the most up-to-date training available.  They are all currently enrolled in the College of Direct Support and College of Frontline Supervision which are sponsored by The ARC of Mississippi and the Mississippi Council on Developmental Disabilities.  Our directors have recently completed the TASH/APSE Customized Supported Employment training and are currently completing the Customized Supported Employment training that is sponsored by the National Consortium on Deaf/Blindness.

Program Directors base service delivery in the Day Programs on training received from the 2003 training series from the Institute of Disability Studies at the University of Southern Mississippi.  All of our directors are active in their local communities serving on various boards and committees.  Enhancing the lives of individuals with ID/DD is a way of life for all of our directors.
